I collaborated closely with the Product Owner to help organise the workflow and plan the first MVP for Guidedpr. In the initial weeks, I focused on passive research, analysing market trends, and designing a new brand identity, including the logo and visual elements. In the later stages, I refined the main flows and prototype for the mobile and web app, ensuring the user experience was intuitive and cohesive.
Approach
Through competitor research, we identified features of the new app: its AI-driven system that quickly matches journalists with small business owners, enabling direct communication. The product also helps business owners create compelling media content. To secure further funding, I redesigned the logo and visual identity to position the brand as innovative and approachable. Using data insights and passive research, I then designed the main user flows for both the mobile and web apps.
Outcome
The result was a completely revamped brand, along with a clear positioning and the development of the first MVP for both the mobile app and website.
